163 Nigerians has voluntarily returned home, following the harsh maltreatment in Libya
The deportation was facilitated by the international Organization for Migration(IOM).
The deportees were welcomed home at Hajj teminal., by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
The returnees consisted of 92 Female Adults, 62 Male Adults, 7 Children, and 2 Infants.
While addressing newsmen, the Director General of NEMA, Alhaji Mohammed Sidi, represented by his Deputy Director, Dr. Abdullahi Onimode, said the returnees would be given some token to go back to their respective destinations.
Some of the deportees who appeared traumatized said they will never leave Nigeria again.
