The most accurate example of the changing nature of power, a photo has emerged of the official portrait of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan thrown on a rubbish pile in Abuja where he used to be quite popular as Nigeria's leader.

The photo was taken and posted by a Facebook user Malam Mustapha Yamusa Rigasa who noticed the once treasured portrait sitting on a pile of refuse behind Rivers state governor's lodge in Abuja.

It was however gathered that this is not the first time Jonathan's portrait has made the dumb in the last two years since his exit from office.

The picture below was acquired from a Naijaloaded report of November 29, 2015 which showed a picture of Jonathan's official portrait receiving the same treatment.
