Daughter of former governor of Edo state, Osasu Igbinedion, has come for the former president of Nigeria Olusegun Obasanjo on social media.

The UK-born Nigerian journalist on Thursday, January 25, disclosed that the elder states man should pursue a career in comedy.

Igbinedion made this comment after Obasanjo wrote in his controversial letter to President Buhari that the major parties in Nigeria, All Progressive Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) are unfit to provide leadership in the country.

Olusegun Obasanjo should pursue a career in comedy - Journalist Osasu Igbinedion says

Her post reads: “Elder Statesman Olusegun Obasanjo should pursue a career in comedy. He said the two major parties, APC and PDP are unfit to provide leadership, yet he's lobbying Governors, Senators, & co. from the aforementioned to join his ‘Coalition for Nigeria’ movement. Who is fooling Who?”

This post has generated a lot of reactions as one @TemidayoOlawole said: “In his estimation, his coalition should be returned unopposed as every other political party is evil. Other parties need not feed candidates because he is the voting and moral compass of all Nigerians.”

Also one @Ezbaronkings said: “Anything 4rm OBJ or any of them should be rejected. Let new people come onboard. APC will not win, they will split this country if they return. PDP should announce someone like Dankwanbo. New, well educated, tested under 55 corruption stain.”
