Breaking; multiple Bombings in Maiduguri

Reports say Maiduguri, the capital of Borno state has witnessed an early morning multiple bombing, though the details are still sketcy.

Sahara Reporters broke the news saying the multiple bombing was reported around the Muna garage in Maiduguri. The casualty figure is yet to be ascertained.

The Nigerian Army as well as Sani Usman, one of its spokespersons, had not made any formal confirmation of the incident at the time of this report.

Borno is one of the states in the north-eastern part of Nigeria most affected by the Boko Haram insurgency with thousands dead while millions have become refugees.
